How to validate YAML in your browser

Paste a YAML file into the box above and it is parsed immediately by a real YAML 1.2 parser — the same js-yaml engine that powers countless Node.js build pipelines. If the document is valid you get the document count, the number of mapping keys, the node count and the deepest nesting level, plus the parsed result as JSON so you can see how YAML types such as booleans, numbers and timestamps were resolved. If something is wrong you get the parser's message together with the exact line and column and the offending line with a caret, so you can jump straight to the problem instead of hunting for a stray space. Multiple documents separated by --- are supported, anchors and aliases are resolved before the JSON is shown, and duplicate mapping keys are reported as errors because YAML requires unique keys. Everything runs locally in your browser: no file is uploaded, no account is needed, and the page works for Kubernetes manifests, GitHub Actions workflows, Docker Compose files or any other YAML you have.
